Pro Pride has recently entered into a new partnership with the International Center for Children and Families (C.I.F.A.) to implement a project focused on improving access to and the quality of vocational training programs in Ethiopia. The initiative emphasizes empowering women and disadvantaged groups by enhancing their skills and employability.
The project, titled “SECOND LIFE: Developing Skills in the Field of Industrial Solid Waste Recovery for New Jobs and Business Opportunities in Ethiopia,” will be implemented over a period of 36 months in the Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa City Administrations. It brings together international, national, and local organizations committed to promoting sustainable livelihoods and green job creation.
